For every order that exceeds $90.00 we will include one FREE bush rose. Plus one EXTRA free rose for each additional $90.00 of your order value.
eg. Order Value over $90.00 - receive one Free bush rose. Over $180.00 - receive 2 Free bush roses. Over $270.00 - receive 3 Free bush roses and so on......
Your FREE roses will be selected by Treloar Roses. Free Roses are not covered by our warranty.
Purchase 10 or more plants and receive $1.00 off:
$1.00 will be taken off each rose once you have ordered over 10 plants. This does not include Special Collections or quantities of 5 or more of one variety as they have already been discounted.
Every effort has been made so that all plants sold by us are of the description and kind specified at the time of sale. Where reasonable proof is given that the plants have been wrongly labelled or damaged by us we will correct the mistake with new plants the following season. We give no warranty expressed or implied as to the growth, description, quality or productiveness and will not be in any way responsible for the crop, as these factors are governed by forces which are beyond our control. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are concerned about a newly planted rose, all claims must be received within 3 months of purchase.Size and Quality:
As our range of varieties is so diverse, from modern Hybrid through to Old fashioned roses, the saleable size of certain varieties can vary considerably. Bare-root rose plants are generally 30-40cm long with one, two or three stems. Many varieties only produce one stem in the nursery stage. Every care is taken to ensure only the best sized plants available of each variety are included in your order. An extensive root system is your best guide to a good quality plant.Packing Methods:
Roses travel extremely well and are sent by us throughout Australia. Plants are suitably wrapped and sealed in a cardboard carton to retain moisture and should remain fresh for a least 2 weeks in transit. When your plants arrive, undo the parcel carefully and soak the roses for 1-2 nights in water and when planting do not allow them dry out.When to expect despatch:
All orders are despatched according to when the varieties have been dug. Every effort is made to satisfy the preferred delivery time requested by the customer but, sometimes if the weather is particularly bad, our digging process can be delayed. Despatch commences from June through to the end of August. A despatch notice will be forwarded by mail to inform you that plants are in the process of being sent. All Western Australia and Northern Territory orders are processed in bulk for mid-July delivery.Minimum order quantity:
We can only accept orders that contain a minimum of 3 plants (bush and/or standard). However, no minimum applies if collecting roses from our nursery.Additions to orders:
Please advise you have placed and order to prevent a split consignment. We will accept additions to your original order, dependant upon availability. Additions close to despatching time may have to be treated as a separate consignment.Availability:
With such an extensive range it is difficult for us to predict in advance our customer's requirements. Occasionally a variety becomes sold out. In case this should happen, please make clear your instructions. We will not substitute varieties unless requested.Orders for collection:
If you prefer to collect your roses from the nursery, please indicate clearly when you order. Please phone at least 24hours before collecting so we can arrange to have your order ready.How to order:
