David Austin or English roses, combine the form of flower, fragrance and character of an Old Rose with the wide range of colour and repeat flowering characteristics of modern Hybrid Tea and Floribunda rose. They also retain much of the bushy, shrubby growth of the old varieties. They vary enormously in regard to height and spread.
