You will now be sent an email confirming that we have received your submission and a copy of your responses. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.

When we have received the completed questionnaire, photographs and soil sample (if requested by our staff) we will contact you within 2 business days with a resolution or rose care advice.

Please ensure you supply photos of:
a) the rose of concern
b) another showing the area the rose is planted in.
If more than one rose is causing you concern, ensure a photo of each plant is sent. There should be two photos for each rose.
